iOS 13 Incompatibility Issue

Dear Valued Customers,
 
ID TECH has recently discovered that iOS 13 causes iMag Pro II devices to disconnect from mobile applications. After extensive testing, ID Tech believe that the issue is due to iOS, not ID TECH, and must be resolved by Apple. ID TECH has filed a ticket with Apple Support and is working with Apple on solutions to address this issue as soon as possible.
Before we have clear resolution to the issue, to prevent readers from failing we strongly recommend that customers do not update to iOS 13.
 
If you experience similar connection issue on iMag Pro II after updating to iOS 13, we encourage you to open a ticket with Apple Tech Support and refer to ID TECH’s ticket number: 720512078. We believe having issues raised to Apple is most efficient way to urge Apple to create a resolution
